SHAPE BOP - Privacy Policy

Sickinger Studio built the Shape Bop app as a free app.  This SERVICE is provided by Sickinger Studio and intended for use as is. 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information if anyone chooses to use our Service.

By downloading, playing, or using Shape Bop, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information directly. However, the game integrates third-party services that may collect limited data automatically.

a. Unity Analytics

Shape Bop may use Unity Analytics, a service provided by Unity Technologies, to help us understand player behavior and improve gameplay.

Unity may collect:

• Device information (model, OS version, language, region)

• IP address (used to estimate location)

• Gameplay statistics (session length, progress, frequency of play)

• Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, unique device ID)

• In-app activity and events (e.g., button clicks, menu usage)

b. In-App Purchases (IAPs)

Shape Bop offers optional in-app purchases handled by Apple and Google.  We do not collect or store payment details.  All purchase transactions and related data are managed securely through:

c. Log and Diagnostic Data

If the game experiences a crash or error, we may receive diagnostic data via Unity or your device platform. This may include:

2. Legal Basis for Data Processing

We process data under the following legal bases:

• Performance of Contract: To provide and maintain the app's core functionality.

Shape Bop, and all its Services, do not address anyone under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we learn that such data has been provided to, or received by, our servers, we will delete it promptly.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  However, no internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Additionally, your information may be transferred and processed outside your country, including in regions where data protection laws may differ.  Our service providers maintain safeguards to ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations when transferring data internationally.
